1. Prepare dry ingredients <Organic cassava flour, Rice flour, Cocoa powder, Vanilla powder, Baking powder, Salt and Xanthan gum> and mix them together.
2. Beat eggs aad dry ingredients and milk, mix well.
3. Add melted unsalted butter and mix until blended.
4. Pour batter into pan, filling 3/4 full.
5. For frosting, put butter in a mixer at high speed add powdered sugar to mixing until smooth.
*Recommended to bake at 180°C for 25-30 minutes or time depends on size.
