  • 27.2 g Organic tapioca starch
  • 27.2 g Rice flour
  • 27.2 g Glutenous rice flour
  • 18.15 g Organic cassava flour
  • 0.25 g Xanthan gum
  • 70 ml Hot water

Process

1. Prepare dry ingredients <Organic cassava flour, Rice flour, Glutenous rice flour, Organic tapioca starch and Xanthan gum> and mix them together.

2. Add hot water to the dry ingredients, and knead by hand.

3. Cut the dough into small pieces. rolled into a thin sheet add filling , and fold with dumpling dough.

4. Place dumplings on the pan. Add water and oil to the pan (mix 5 g of oil per 150 g of water), the amount of water and oil depends on the amount.
Close the lid until cooked

* Recommended to use in medium heat or at 150-160°C for 15-20 minutes
