  • 60.80 g Organic cassava flour
  • 18.25 g Caster sugar
  • 15.2 g Rice flour
  • 3 g Vanilla powder
  • 1.5 g Baking powder
  • 0.75 g Salt
  • 0.5 g Xanthan gum
  • 70 g Whipped cream
  • 25 g Cold water

Process

1. Prepare dry ingredients <Organic cassava flour, Caster sugar, Rice flour, Vanilla powder, Baking powder, Salt and Xanthan gum> and mix them together.

2. Mix butter and dry ingredients. Let's mix together with a fork.

3. Add whipping cream to the batter, and fold them together with your hands be careful not to press too hard.

4. Roll up to about 1 inch tall, wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
