1. Prepare dry ingredients <Organic cassava flour, Baking powder, Salt and Baking soda> and mix them together.
Soft Cookie
Recipe : Soft Cookie with Organic Cassava Flour, Tasuko brand
Ingredient
- 60.2 g Organic cassava flour
- 0.4 g Baking powder
- 1.5 g Salt
- 0.2 g Baking soda
- 37 g Caster sugar
- 0.7 g Vanilla powder
- 70 g Unsaltedd butter(using room temperature butter)
- 35 g Egg(Large)
Process
2. Beat room temperature butter in a mixer add powdered sugar to mixing until smooth.
3. Add egg and vanilla powder, mix well.
4. Add dry ingredients, mixing until blended.
5. Add almonds or multigrains
6. Place the dough onto the baking sheet tray and leave 2 inches space between each dough.
7. Bake at 180°C for 12-15 minutes, Cool on baking sheet.
